Ceylan Rowe, Founder - Trendy Napkin

Ceylan Rowe has been advocating for women and girls locally and globally for over 25 years. She is the founder of Trendy Napkin, a socially conscious e-commerce business that sells products to help inspire women while donating a percentage to help refugee women overseas become self-sufficient. Trendy Napkin also sells products created by women in rural areas.

As of February 2018, Ceylan has been the Chair for the MetroWest Commission on the Status of Women. The Commission's mission is to advance women toward full equality in all areas of life, and to promote rights and opportunities for all women throughout their lives in the MetroWest.

This year, Ceylan and her husband, Dan Rowe, created Rowe Reptiles. A non-profit dedicated to educating and breeding of reptiles. Herpetology is a male dominated industry but the Rowe's hired 4 women to help care for the animals and have provided tours for Girl Scouts.  She has been a Girl Scout leader for her daughter's troop for the past 4 years.

Ceylan studied Political Science and International Affairs at Northeastern University. She hopes to complete her MBA program at Babson in 2020.

Ceylan spoke at the World Woman Foundation in Little Rock, Arkansas, Massachusetts Conference for Women at the Small Business Roundtable in Boston, and was a panelist at the MetroWest Conference for Women in Framingham.
